Hand-painted resin magnet in the shape of the country of Poland with a raised relief scene from the city of "OLSZTYN" along with the city's emblem. Featured on the magnet is the statue of Nicolaus Copernicus (Mikołaj Kopernik
) which rests in front of the old Teutonic Knight's Ordensburg castle. The castle today is the Museum of Warmia and Mazury (Muzeum Warmii i Mazur
). Copernicus resided at the castle during 1516-21 as the economic administrator and served as the director of defense during the Polish-Teutonic War of 1519-21. Magnet designed to be placed on a refrigerator or other stationary metal surface.
